HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinances Book 13, Page 427, No Ordinance NumberAN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING THE DISTRIBUTION OF ANY CIRCULARS OR OTHER ADVERTISING MATTER ALONG THE STREETS, SIDEWALKS AND OTHER PUBLIC WAYS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH AND PRESCRIBING THE PENALTY FOR THE VIOLATION THEREOF BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMbIISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY: SECTION 1_ It shall be unlawful for any person, firm corporation, assodiation or organization of any kind to distribute or cause to be distributed any circulars or other advertising matter along the streets, aidewalks or other public ways of the City of Paducah, Kentucky by handing same to pedestrians, placing in or on vehicles or in any other manner. SECTION 2. Any person, firm, corporation, association or organization violating the provisions of this ordinance shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be punished by a fine of not less than Five 0$5.00) Dollars and not more than Twenty ($20.00) Dollars. SECTION 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are, to the extent of such conflict, hereby repealed. SECTION 4.
