ALFRED R FITTIPALDI AND WIFE MARY V. FITTIPALDI, AND PROVIDING.
THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SdCH PURCHASE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY
OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah, Kentucky purchase
from Alfred R. Fittipaldi and wife, Mary V. Fittipaldi, the following
described land situated in the City of Paducah, County of McCracken
and State of Kentucky;
Beginning at a point on the east property line of a
601 street known as Broad Street, said point being
4401 north of the south property line of Brown Avenue,
thence in an easterly direction and parallel with Brown
Avehue 651; thence in a southerly direction and parallel
with Broad street 2351, more or less, to the center of
Cross Creek or the south property line of the party of
the first part; thence in a westerly direction and with
the south property line of the party of the first part
651, more or less, to, the east property line of Broad
Street; thence in a northerly direction and with the
east property line of Broad Street 2351T., more or less,
to the point of beginning.
Said land being purchased for public purposes. The purchase price
to be paid by the City for said land is the sum of $500.00, and
upon receipt of a deed from Alfred R. Fittipaldi and wife, Mary V.
Fittipaldi, conveying said land to the City of Paducah, and approved
by the Corporation Counsel, the City Treasurer is hereby authorized
and directed to pay said sum to said Alfred R. Fittipaldi and wife,
Mary V. Fittipaldi, in full payment for said land.
SECTION 2—This ordinance,shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
