THE PROPERTY KNOWN AS "BROOKHAVEN" AND PROPERTY ON THE NORTHWEST
CORNER OF TVMTY-FIFTH STREET AND OLD MAYFIELD ROAD
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY
SECTION 1. That a resolution adopted by the Baducah Planning
and Zoning Commission on June 15, 1955 entitled: 11A RESOLUTION
CONSTITUTING THE FINAL REPORT OF THE PADUCAH PLANNING AND ZONING
COMMISSION ON THE PROPOSED RESUBDIVISION OF A PORTION OF THE PROPERTY
KNOWN AS IBR00191AVENT AND PROPERTY ON THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF
TWENTY-FIFTH STREET AND OLD MAYFIELD ROAD", be approved as the final
report of said Commission respecting the matters therein set forth.
SECTION 2. That the resubdivision of property known as
"Brookhaven" and adjacent property located on the northwest corner of
the intersection of Twenty-fifth Street and Old Mayfield Road as shown
by the revised plat of survey prepared by Gene G. Ruoff under date of
May 31, 1955, entitled 'Brookhaven Subdivision", which said plat has
been approved by the Paducah Planning and Zoning Commission and bears
the signatures and acknowledgements of the Chairman of said Commission
and the City Engineer, dated September 12, 1955, be, and it is hereby,
approved, and said property is hereby declared to be resubdivided
as shown on said plat.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall not constitute acceptance
by the City of Paducah of the dedicated rights-of-way shown on said plat,
it being contemplated that any such acceptance will be accomplished
by separate action of this Board.
SECTION 4. That if any section, paragraph or provision of
this ordinance shall be found to be inoperative, ineffective or
invalid for any cause, the deficiency or invalidity of such section,
paragraph or provision shall not affect any other section, paragraph
or provision hereof, it being the purpose and intent of this ordinance
to make each and every section, paragtaph and provision hereof separable
from all other sections, paragraphs and provisions.
SECTION �. That this ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after the date on which the aforesaid plat is lodged
for record in the office of the Clerk of the McCracken County Court.
