AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING THE PLACING OF TRASH, RUBBISH OR
WASTE MATERIAL ON ANY STREET, GUTTER, SIDEWALK OR SEWER RIGHT-OF-
WAY IN THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY, AND FIXING THE PENALTY FOR
ANY VIOLATION THEREOF
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1_ It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or
corporation to place trash, rubbish or waste:material of any kind
on any street, gutter, sidewalk or sewer right-of-way in the City
of Paducah, Kentucky.
SECTION 2. Any person, firm, company or corporation who vio-
lates any of the provisions of this ordinance_ shall be guilty of
a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be fined in any
sum not less than $5.00 nor more than $25.00 for each offense so
committed, and may in addition to such fine be imprisoned not more
than 10 days in the discretion of the Judge or Jury trying the case.
SECTION 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are, to the extent of such conflict, hereby repealed.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
