SECTIM', 1. That South 4';h Street between Broadway and
Kentucky Avenue is hereby declared to be a one -xray street,
and all vehicular traffic using said street shall be limited
to traveling south.
SECTION 2. Any person, first, company or corporation
violating the provisions of this ordinance shall be fined in
the sum of not less than ;:2.00 nor nore than 50.00 for each
offense.
SFCTIOT 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are, to the extent of such conflict, hereby
repealed.
SECTIO_'. 4. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
