AND ZONING COI•2,aSSION RESPECTING THE REZONING OF PROPERTY LOCATED Oil
THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF PARK AVENUE AND THOMPSON AVENUE, AND AFIEIIDING
THE PADUCAH ZONING ORDINANCE SO AS TO EFFECT SUCH REZONING
BE IT ORDAIAIED BY THE BOARD OF C01,11ISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH,
KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That a resolution adopted by the Paducah Planning
and Zoning Commission on September 15, 1954, entitled: "A RESOLUTION
CONSTITUTING THE FINAL REPORT OF THE PADUCAH PLANNING AND ZONING
C0I•11ISSION ON THE PROPOSED REZONING OF PROPERTY LOCATED ON TIM SOUTH-
EAST COR14ER OF PARK AVENUE AND THOMPSON AVENUE", be approved as the
final report of said Commission respecting the matters therein set
forth.

SECTION 2. That the zone classification of the following property
be, and it is hereby changed from R-3 to B-3:
Beginning at the intersection of the center lines
of thompson avenue and park avenue (Hinkleville
Road); thence in an easterly direction along the
center line of Park Avenue to a point in said line
which lies 150 feet, more or less, east of the
east line of Thompson Avenue; thence at right
angles and in a southerly direction along and
with the east boundary lines of Lots 1 and 2
shorn on a plat entitled "Part 2 of Subdivision
iof Property at Thompson Avenue and Park Avenue
for Xavier Yopp", of record in Plat Book D, page
91, in the McCracken County Court Clerk's Office,
and that line extended, to the center line of
Mason Avenue; thence crest with the center line of
Fuson Avenue to the center line of Thompson Avenue;
thence north with the center line of Thompson
Avenue to the beginning.
SECTION 3• That the Paducah Zoning Ordinance and the map referred
to in Section 13 thereof entitled "CITY OF PADUCAH PLAN - ZONIUG MAP"
be, and they are hereby amended to the extent and in the respects
necessary to effect and designate the change provided for in Section 2
hereof.
SECTION 4. That if any section, paragraph or provision of
this ordinance shall be found to be inoperative, ineffective or
invalid for any cause, the deficiency or invalidity of such section,
paragraph or provision shall not affect any other section, paragraph
or provision hereof, it being the purpose and intent of this ordinance
to make each and every section, paragraph and provision hereof
separable from all other sections, para_,raphs and provisions.

SECTION 5. That this ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
