SECTTOid 1. That Jackson Street in the City of Paducah, Kentucky,
from the nest line of 21st Street to the East line of 28th Street be,
and it is hereby, declared to be and is established as a boulevard,
and all vehicles of every kind approaching said street at its intersection
with other streets shall come to a complete stop before proceeding to
enter or to cross said street or boulevard.
SECTIOII 2. Any person driving a vehicle, or any person, firm,
company or corporation operating a vehicle in violation of any provision
of this ordinance shall, upon conviction thereof, be fined not less than
:;"5.00 nor more than w20.00 for each offense.
SECTION 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are, to the extent of such conflict, hereby repealed.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
