AN ORDINANCE REAPPROVING THE FINAL REPORT OF THE PADUCAH PLANNING AND
ZONING COPIIISSION RESPECTING THE SUBDIVISION OF PROPERTY OF XAVIER YOPP
FRONTING ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF PARK AVENUE, THE NORTH SIDE OF MASON AVENUE,
BOTH SIDES OF THOMPSON AVEidUE, AND THE EAST SIDE OF 27TH STREET, ALL LYING
BETIfEEN 27TH STREET AND 25TH STREET (EXTENDED, APPROVING THE PLATS OF SAID
SUBDIVISION AND SUBDIVIDING SAID PROPERTY
IMREAS by ordinance adopted on July 27, 1954, this Board approved the
final report of the Paducah Planning and Zoning Commission and the plats of
subdivision referred to hereinafter, and
`1HEREAS final approval and action by this Board is now in order,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COI-IIā¢IISSIONIERS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH,
SECTION 1. That a resolution adopted by the Paducah Planning and
Zoning Commission on July 27, 1954,.,entitled: "A RESOLUTION CONSTITUTING
THE FINAL REPORT OF THE PADUCAH PLANNING AND ZONING CO1.2-iISSION ON THE PROPOSED
AVENUE, THE NORTH SIDE OF MASOIJ AVENUE, BOTH SIDES OF THOMPSON AVENUE AND
THE EAST SIDE OF 27TH STREET, ALL LYING BETWEEN 25TH STREET (EXTENDED) AND
27TH STREET", be approved as the final report of said Commission respecting
the matters therein set forth.
SECTION 2. That the subdivision of property located in Paducah,
Kentucky, and described as follows:
Beginning at the southeast corker of the inter-
section of Park avenue and 27th Street; thence
east with the south line of Park Avenue to the
north line of Mason Avenge; thence west with
the north line of mason venue to the east line
of 27th Street; thence north with the east line
of 27th Street to the beginning.
as shown on the plats prepared by Hunter H. Martin, Jr., and entitled "Part 1
of Subdivision of Tract (formerly known as "Business Sites") for Xavier Yopp"
and "Part 2 of Subdivision of property at Thompson Avenue & Park Avenue for &
Yopp", which said plats have been approved by the Paducah Planning and Zoning
Commission and bear the signatures and acknowledgements of the Chairman of
I said Commission and the City Engineer, dated July 27, 1954, and iinich plats
are now recorded in the office of the Clerk of the McCracken County Court in
Plat Book "D" at page 91, be, and they are hereby approved, and said property
is hereby declared to be subdivided as shown on said plats.

SECTION 3. That if any section, paragraph or provision of this
ordinance shall be found to be inoperative, ineffective or invalid for any
cause, the deficiency or invalidity of such section, paragraph or provision
shall not affect any other section, paragraph or provision hereof, it being j
the purpose and intent of this ordinance to make each and every section,
i
paragraph and provision hereof separable from all other sections, paragraphs i
and provisions:
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its adoption.
