AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE FINAL REPORT OF THE PADUCAH PLANNING
AND ZONING COP]MCSSION RESPECTING THE SUBDIVISION OF PROPERTY OF
XAVIER YOPP FRONTING ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF PARK AVENUE, THE
NORTH SIDE OF MASON AVENUE, BOTH SIDES OF THOMPSON AVENUE,
AND THE EAST SIDE OF 27TH STREET, ALL LYING BETWEEN 27TH
STREET AND 25TH STREET (EXTENDED), APPROVING THE PLATS OF
SAID SUBDIVISION AND SUBDIVIDING SAID PROPERTY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COWISSIONERS OF THE CITY
OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That a Resolution adopted by the Paducah
Planning and Zoning Commission on July 27, 1954, entitled:
"A RESOLUTION CONSTITUTING THE FINAL REPORT OF THE PADUCAH
PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION ON THE PROPOSED SUBDIVISION
OF PROPERTY OF XAVIER YOPP FRONTING ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF
PARK AVENUE, THE NORTH SIDE OF MASON AVENUE, BOTH SIDES OF
TH014PSON AVENUE AND THE EAST SIDE OF 27TH STREET, ALL LYING
BETITEEN 25TH STREET (EXTENDED) AND 27TH STREET," be adopted
as the final report of said Commission respecting the matters
therein set forth.
SECTION 2. That the subdivision of property located
in Paducah, Kentucky and described as follows:
Beginning at the southeast corner of the inter-
section of Park Avenue and 27th Street; 'thence
east with the south line of Park Avenue to the
north line of Mason Avenue; thence west with
the north line of Nason Avenue to the east line
of 27th Street; thence north with the east line
of 27th Street to the beginning.
as shown on the plats prepared by Hunter H. Martin, Jr., and
entitled "Part 1 of Subdivision of Tract (formerly known as
"Business Sites") for Xavier Yopp" and "Part 2 of Subdivision
of property at Thompson Avenue & Park Avenue for Xavier Yopp",
which said plats have been approved by the Paducah Planning
and Zoning Commission and bear the signatures and acknowledge-
ments of the Chairman of said Commission and the City Engineer,
dated July 27, 1954, be, and they are hereby, approved, and
said property is hereby declared to be subdivided as shown on
said plats.
SECTION 3. That if any section, paragraph or provision of
this ordinance shall be found to be inoperative, ineffective or
invalid for any cause, the deficiency or invalidity of such
section, paragraph or provision s#all not affect any other

section, paragraph or provision hereof, it being the purpose
and intent of this ordinance to make each and every section,
paragraph and provision hereof separable from all other sections,
paragraphs and provisions.
SECTION 4. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
