ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE Tr!PLOYKENT OF A CITY PHYSICIAN FOR THE TREATKEHT
OF ALL INDIGENT WHITE CITIZENS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY; PRESCRIBING
THE DUTIES TO BE PERFORi%!ED BY THE CITY PHYSICIAN; FIXING THE Alv!OUMT OF HIS
COI+IPENSATION; AND REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IDI CONFLICT HEREWITH", WHICII VIAS
ADOPTED BY THE BOARD OF COKI1 ISSIOPIERS ON JANUARY 23, 1951
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COI -',Z SSIONERS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH,
KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That Section 3 of an ordinance containing the title
quoted above, which was adopted by the Board of Commissioners on January
23, 1951, be, and the same is hereby amended so that said section as amended
shall read as follows:
71SEC2'IC'U 3. The compensation of the City Physician shall be :300.00
per month, the amount of said salary to be paid to him at the same time as
the salaries of other city employees are paid, and the payment thereon" shall
be retroactively effective as of November 1, 1952"•
Sr.CTION _?..__ All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are, to the extent of such conflict, hereby repealed.
SECTIODD, This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its adoption.
