OF ERPLOYEES FOR THE CREATION AILD 1.1AINTENANCE OF SAID FUND; PROVIDING FOR THE
APPOINTI`•;ENT OF A BOARD OF TRUSTEES TO ADI-IIIIISTER SAID FUIID; FIXING AND PRESCRIBING
THE QUALIFICATIONS, TEI1-1I3 OF OFFICE, POIERS AND DUTIES OF SAID BOARD OF TRUSTEES;
PRESCRIBING THE RULES AND REGULATIONS BY !*THICI-I SAID BOARD OF TRUSTEES AND ALL

ON APRIL 1, 1952
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COI•R.IISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH,
KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That Section 7 of an ordinance containing the title quoted above,)
which was adopted by the Board of Commissioners on December 2, 1947, and amended on
April 1, 1952, be, and the same is hereby amended so that said section as amended
shall read as follows:
"SECTION 7. There is hereby authorized the following positions in the 7

SECTION 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith
are, to the extent of such conflict, hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect on and after
November 1, 1952.
