That a Resolution adopted by the Paducah Planning and Zoning Commission on October 9, 1952, entitled: 7°A RESOLUTION CONSTITUTING THE FINAL REPORT OF THE PADUCAH PLANNING AND ZONING COP.]dISSION ON THE PROPOSED REZONING OF PROPERTY ON THE NORTH:IEST CORNER OF 14TH STREET AND BROAD19AY", be approved as the final report of said Commission respecting the matters therein set forth. SECTION 2. That the zone classification of the following property be, and it is hereby, changed from R-3 to B-3. "Beginning at the northwest corner of 14th Street and Broadway; thence west with the north line of Broadway 165 feet; thence at right angles north 173.25 feet; thence at right angles east 165 feet to the west line of 14th Street; thence south with the west line of ll,th Street 173.25 feet to the beginning." SECTION 3. That the Paducah Zoning Ordinance and the map referred to in Section 13 thereof entitled "CITY OF PADUCAH PLA" - ZONING I -IAP" be, and they are hereby, amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to effect and designate the change provided for in Section 2 hereof. SECTION 4. That if any section, paragraph or provision of this ordinance shall be found to be inoperative, ineffective or invalid for any cause, the deficiency or invalidity of such section, paragraph or provision shall not affect any other section, paragraph or provision hereof, it being the purpose and intent of this ordinance to make each and every section, paragraph and prov hereof..sepaeable from all other sections, paragraphs and provisions, so that if any section, paragraph or provision hereof shall be found to be invalid, in- operative or ineffective, the deficiency or invalidity thereof shall not affect any other section, paragraph or provision hereof. SECTIO14 5. This ordinance shall lie in full force and effect from and after its adoption. � % b .
