AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE FINAL REPORT OF THE PADUCAH PLANNING AND
ZONING CON1ISSION RESPECTING THE WNI-RG OF PROPERTY OF GUTHRIE MAY LOCATED AT THE
NORTHWEST CORNER OF SEITZ STREET AND OLD MlAYFIELD ROAD, A PART OF THE PROPERTY
KNOWN AS THE "CONRAD SCHMIDT PROPERITY", APPROVING THE PLAT OF SAID SUBDIVISION AND
SUBDIVIDING SAID PROPERTY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMUSSIONERS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH,
KENTUCKY:
SECTTION 1. That a resolution adopted by the Paducah Planning and Zoning
Commission on September 1„ 1952, entitled: "A RESOLUTION CONSTITUTING THE FINAL
REPORT OF THE PADUCAH PLANNING AND ZONING COPMIi SSION ON THE PROPOSED SUBDIVISION OF
PROPERTY OF GUTHRIE MAY LOCATED AT THE NORTMIEST CORNER OF SEITZ STREET AND OLD
MAYFIELD ROAD, AND FORMERLY KNOWN AS THE 4CONRAD SCHMIDT PROPERTY? 11, be approved
as the final report of said Commission respecting the matters therein set forth.
SECTION 2. That the subdivision of property located in Paducah, Kentucky
and described as follows:
Commencing at a point in the north line of Seitz Street
as laid out in W. C. 0?Bryan's addition a distance of
1003.73' S77 -19-30E of the corner of Mississippi
Street and Seitz Street, thence Nll-50-30W 158.731;
thence N52 -31-30P1 166.25?; thence N40 -55-30E
205.51; thence N29 -55-30E 136.0'; thence N25 -55-30E
185.121; thence N32 -02E 129.021; thence S72 -18E
576.531; thence 517-42W 451; thence 511-02E
170.171; thence in a northeasterly direction on a
10-00 curve to the right a distance of 120?; thence

thence N77 -19-301V 724.231 to the place of beginning.
as shown on the plat prepared by Sam Biggerstaff, and entitled Brookhaved, which
said plat has been approved by the Paducah Planning and Zoning Commission and
bears the signatures and acknowledgements of the Chairman of said Commission
and the City Engineer, dated September 15, 1952, be, and it is hereby, approved,
and said property is hereby declared to be subdivided as shown on said plat.
$ECTIO3. That if any section, paragraph or provision of this
ordinance shall be found to be inoperative, ineffective or invalid for any cause,
the deficiency or invalidity of such section, paragraph or provision shall not
affect any other section, paragraph or provision hereof, it being the purpose and
intent of this ordinance to make each and every section, paragraph and provision
hereof separable from all other sections, paragraphs and provisions, so that if
any section, paragraph or provision hereof shall be found to be invalid, in-
operative or ineffective, the deficiency or invalidity thereof shakl not affect
any other section, paragraph or provision hereof.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after the date of which the aforesaid plat is lodged for record in the office of
the Clerk of the McCracken County Court. �? r
