AN ORDINANCE REVISING AND AMENDING THE APPROPRIATION OF THE
PUBLIC REVENUE AND INCOME COLLECTED AND TO BE COLLECTED IN THE YEAR 1952;
TRANSFERRING UNUSED APPROPRIATIONS FOR CERTAIN PURPOSES TO OTHER PURPOSES;
FIXING THE APPORTIOW[FWT OF THE PUBLIC FWiDS FOR THE PURPOSES THEREIN SPECIFIED
AND REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT THERE{VITH.
WMEAS, because of the necessity of making certain expenditures
not contemplated at the time of the adoption of the 1952 appDrtionment ordinance,
a revision of the apportionment of the public funds must be made, and by said
revision certain unused appropriations for one purposes will be transferred to
another purpose;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS
OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1 That the sum of $28,000.00 be transferred from the
following accounts in the sums shote:

and that the sum of $28,000.00 as provided above be, and the same is hereby,

SECTION 2 All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are,
to the extent of such conflict, hereby repealed.
SECTION 3 The City Clerk is hereby authorized to cause to be published in the
Paducah Sun—Democrat a notice of the introduction of this ordinance and the proposal to
make the aforesaid transfers, said notice to be published at least one week before this
ordinance shall be put upon its final paasage.
SECTION 4 This ordinance shall be retroactively effective as of August 1, 1952.
