AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE FINAL REPORT OF THE PADUCAH PLANNING AND ZONING
COMMISSION RESPECTING THE AMENDMENT OF SECTION 28-A OF THE PADUCAH ZONING ORDINANCE
AND AMENDING SAID SECTION
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1 That a Resolution adopted by the Paducah Planning and Zoning Commission
on.July 18, 1952, entitled: "A RESOLUTION CONSTITUTING THE FINAL REPORT OF THE PADUCAH
PLANNING AND ZONING COMhIISSION ON THE PROPOSED AMENDMENT OF SECTION 28-A OF THE PADUCAH
ZONING ORDINANCE,be approved as the final report of said commission respecting the
j matters set forth therein.
SECTION 2 That Section 28-A of the Paducah Zoning Ordinance (Ordinance Book 12,

page 709) be, and it is hereby amended so that in its amended state it will read as
follows:

"A. Site Plan
"Every application for a building permit submitted
to the Enforcement Officer (except (a) an application for
the alteration of the interior of an existing structure
or for the erection of a one story addition thereto, not
resulting in an increase in the number of dwelling units
therein or a decrease in the size of required yards or
established yards, whichever is the lesser, or (b) an
application for the erection or alteration of accessory
buildings, drawn to scale, showing the following:
1. North arrow
2. Name of Property owner or owners.
3. Street and number, as obtained from the office of the
city engineer.'
4. Lot boundaries, building site and existing buildings
on the lot.
5. Accurate dimensions of lot boundaries, yards, building
site and buildings,
6. Layout of off-street parking and loading spaces, when
required, and driveways.
7. Location of corner stakes and other necessary reference
markers placed on the property by a competent surveyor or
engineer.
"Any application for a building permit which proposes to
comply with paragraphs B and C of Section 27 of this ordinance
or, on which action by the Board of Commission is required, shall
show on the site plan the location, size and use of any and all
buildings not on the lot but within 50 feet from the boundary
thereof, unless separated therefrom by a street."
SECTION 3 That if any section, paragraph or provision of this ordinance shall be
found to be inoperative, ineffective or invalid for any cause, the deficiency or invalidity
of such section, paragraph or provisions shall not affect any other section, paragraph or
provision hereof, it being the purpose and intent of this ordinance to make each and every
section, paragraph and provision hereof separable from all other sections, paragraph and
provisions, so that if any section, paragraph or provision hereof shall be found to be
invalid, inoperative or ineffective, the deficiency or invaliditythereof shall not affect
any other section, paragraph or provision hereof.
SECTION 4 This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its adopti
