AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE FINAL REPORT OF THE PADUCAH PLANNING AND ZONING
COMMISSION RESPECTIN G THE REZONING OF CERTAIN PROPERTY ON BOTH SIDES OF TENTH
STREET BETWEEN ELLIS STREET AND BURNETT STREET AND AMENDING THE PADUCAH ZONING
ORDINANCE SO AS TO EFFECT SUCH REZONING.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF C0*TISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1 That a resolution adopted by the Paducah Planning and Zoning Commissioner
on June 20, 1952, entitled: °A RESOLUTION CONSTITUTING THE FINAL REPORT OF THE PADUCAH
PLANNING AND ZONING COAAIISSION OF TW PROPOSED REZONING OF CERTAIN PROPERTY ON BOTH SIDES
OF TENTH STREET BETIW" ELLIS STREET AND BURNETT STREET, ^ be approved as the final
report of said Commission respecting the matters therein set forth.
SECTION 2 that the zone classification of the following property be, and
it is hereby, changed from M-1 to R-3:
A. All property now classified as M-1 abutting the south side
of Tenth Street between Ellis Street and Burnett Street,
and bounded by the existing R-3 zone.
B. All property now classified as M-1 abutting the north side
of Tenth Street between Ellis Street and Burnett Street, and
bounded on the east by the existing R-3 zone boundary and
on the north by a line parallel to and 150 feet from the
north line of tenth Street.
SECTION 3 That the Paducah Zoning Ordinance and the map referred to in
Section 13 phereof entitled "CITY OF PADUCAH PLAN -ZONING MAP" be, and they are
hereby, amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to effect and desigante
the change provided for in Section 2 hereof.
SECTION 4 That if any section, paragraph or provision of this ordinance shall
be found to be inoperative, ineffective or insalid,f6r�a y cause, the deficiency or
invalidity of such section, paragraph or provision shall not affect any other section,
paragraph or provision hereof, it being the purpose and intent of this ordinance to
make each and every section, paragraph and provision hereof separable from all other
sections, paragraphs and provisions, so that if any section, paragraph or provision
hereof shall be found to be invalid, inoperative or ineffective, the deficiency or
invalidity thereof shall not affect any other section, paragraph or provision hereof.
SECTION 5 That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after
its adoption.
