AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE FINAL REPORT OF THE PADUCAH PLANNING AND
ZONING COMMISSION RESPECTING THE REZONING OF PROPERTY OF MIDIF-ST MORTGAGE COMPANY ON THE

ORDINANCE 30 AS TO EFFECT SUCH REZONING

SECTION 1 That a resolution adopted by the Paducah Planning and Zoning Commission
on June 13, 1932, entitled: "A RESOLUTION CONSTITUTING THE FINDS. REPORT OF THE PADUCAH
PLAMNI2NG 12M ZONING C01-2-IISSIOid ON THE PROPOSED REZONING OF PROPERTY OF MIDI -JEST MORTGAGE
COMPANY ON THE EAST SIDE OF U. S. HIGIMAY 45 NEAP, TIE CITY LINITS,'T be approved as the
final report of said Commission respecting the matters therin set forth.
SECTION 2 That the zone classification of the following propertybe, and it is
hereby, changed from R-1 to R-2:
"Beginning at a point in the east line of U. S. Iii,ghway 45
between Oak and Hickory Streets extended marking the south-
west corner of the property of Georgia 11,1<1e Nelson; thence

SECTION 3 That the Paducah Zoning Ordinance and the map referred to in Section 13
thereof entitled "City of Paducah Plan - Zoning Flap" be, and they are hereby, amended to
the extent necessary to effect and designate the change provided for in Section 2 hereof.
SECTION 4 That if any section, paragraph or provision of this ordinance shall be
found to be in operative, ineffective or invalid for any cause, the deficiency or
invalidity of such section, paragraph or provision shall not affect any other section,
paragraph or provision hereof, it being the purpose and intent of this ordinance
to make each and every section, paragraph and provision hereof separable from all
other sections, paragraphs and provisions, so that if any section, paragraph or provisions
hereof shall be found to be invalid, inoperative or ineffective, the deficiency or invalidity
thereof shall not affect any other section, paragraph or provision hereof.
SECTION 5 This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
adoption.
