AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE BID OF THE ADDRESSOGRAPH SALES AGENCY IN THE
SUM OF $2857.25 for the sale TO THE CITY OF PADUCAH OF ONE ELECTRIC ADDRESSO-
GRAPH MODEL 1955 MACHINE FOR USE IN THE FINANCE DEPARTMENT, AND AUTHORIZING THE
CITY MANAGER TO ENTER INTO A CONTRACT FOR THE PURCHASE OF SAID MACHINE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH,
KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah accept the bid of the Addressograph
Sales Agency in the sum of $2857.25 for the sale to said city of one Electric
Addressograph Model 1955 equipped with -Automatic Suction Feeder that will handle
the city's present Addressograph Plate.
SECTION 2. That the City Manager be, and he is hereby authorized, to
enter into and execute, for and on behalf of the City of Paducah, a contract
for the purchase of said machine as provided in Section 1 above, provided, that
said contract may contain such conditions and covenants which the City Manager
may deem necessary.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be intrcduced at a regularly called
meeting of the Board of Commissioners and remain on file for at least one week
for public inspection in the completed form in which it shall be put upon its
final passage.
