AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE FINAL REPORT OF THE CITY PLANNING AND
ZONING COA'MISSION RESPECTING THE SUBDIVISION OF PROPERTY OF WELLS HEATH AND
WILLIAM J. FLANNAGAN LOCATED ON THE WEST SIDE OF OLD MAYFIELD ROAD NEAR
QUARLES AVENUE, APPROVING THE PLAT OF SAID SUBDIVISION AND SUBDIVIDING SAID
PROPERTY
KENTUCKY:
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH,
SECTION 1. That a resolution adopted by the City Planning and Zoning
Commission on February 15, 1952, entitled: "A RESOLUTION RESPECTING THE FINAL
REPORT OF THE CITY PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION ON THE PROPOSED SUBDIVISION OF
PROPERTY OF WELLS HEATH AND 'WILLIAM J. FLANNAGAN LOCATED ON THE WEST SIDE OF THE
OLD MAYFIELD ROAD NEAR QUARLES AVENUE", be approved as the final report of said
Commission respecting the matters therein set forth.
SECTION 2. That the subdivision of property located in the City
of Paducah on the west side of Old Mayfield Road at the intersection of said
Road and Quar les Avenue, fronting 334.61 feet on Old Mayfield Road and ex-
tending back in a westerly direction approximately 700 feet to the property of
the Paducah Baseball Association, as shown on the plat prepared by Harry G. Davis,
Surveyor and entitled "Subdivision of Property belonging to Wells Heath", which
said plat has been approved by the City Planning and Zoning Commission and bears ti
signatures and acknowledgements of the Chairman of said Commission and the City
Engineer, dated February 15, 1952, be and it is hereby approved, and said
property is hereby declared to be subdivided as*shown on said plat.
SECTION 3. That if any section, paragraph or provision of this
ordinance shall be found to be inoperative, ineffective or invalid for any cause,
the deficiency or invalidity of such section, paragraph or provision shall not
affect any other section, paragraph or provision hereof, it being the purpose
and intent of this ordinance to make each and every section, paragraph and pro-
vision hereof separable from all other sections, paragraphs and provisions, so
that if any section paragraph or provision hereof shall be found to be invalid,
inoperative or ineffective, the deficiency or invalidity thereof shall not affect
any other section, paragraph or provision hereof.
SECTION 4. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after the date on which the aforesaid plat is lodged for record in the office
of the Clerk of the McCracken_ County Court. Xe- �_ 0, -
