AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE FINAL REPORT OF THE CITY PLANNING AND ZONING
COMMISSION RESPECTING THE SUBDIVISION OF THE PROPERTY OF SAMMIE BELL, LOCATED AT
THE INTERSECTION OF GILSON STREET AND LIEBERMAN STREET (EXTENDED), APPROVING THE
PLAT OF SAID SUBDIVISION AND SUBDIVIDING SAID PROPERTY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That a Resolution adopted by the City Planning and zoning Commissi
on October 5, 1951, entitled: "A RESOLUTION RESPECTING THE FINAL REPORT OF THE
CITY PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION ON THE PROPOSED SUBDIVISION OF THE PROPERTY OF
SAMMIE BELL, LOCATED AT THE INTERSECTION OF GILSON STREET AND LIEBERMAN STREET
(EXTENDED)", be approved as the final report of said Commission respecting the
matters therein set forth.
SECTION 2. That the subdivision of property located in the City of Paducah
and described as follows:
"Beginning at a stone in the east line of Gilson Street
50 feet north of the northeast corner of the inter-
section of Gilson Street and Lieberman Street (extended);
thence in a southerly direction along the east line of
Gilson Street 349.67 feet to a point in said line; thence
in an easterly direction at an interior angle of 90
degrees 17 minutes 281 feet to a stone; thence in a
northerly direction at an interior angle of 89 degrees
43 minutes 348.15 feet to a stone; thence in a westerly
direction at an interior angle of 90 degrees 36 minutes
281 feet to the point of beginning."
as shown on the plat prepared by Harry G. Davis, Surveyor, entitled: "Subdivision
of property of Sammie Bell and wife", which said plat has been approved by the
City Planning and Zoning Commission and bears the signatures and acknowledgements
of the Chairman of said Commission and the City Engineer, dated October 8, 1951,
be, and it is hereby approved, and said property is hereby declared to be sub-
divided as shown on said plat.
SECTION 3. That if any section, paragraph or provision of this ordinance
shall be found to be inoperative, ineffective or invalid for any cause, the
deficiency or invalidity of such section, paragraph or provision shall not affect
any other section, paragraph or provision hereof, it being the purpose and intent
of this ordinance to @ake each and every section, paragraph and provision hereof
separable fr om all other sections, paragraphs and provisions, so that if any
section, paragraph or provision hereof shall be found to be invalid, inoperative
or ineffective, the deficiency or invalidity thereof shall not affect any other
section, paragraph or provision hereof.
SECTION 4. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after the date on which the aforesaid plat is lodged for record in the office of the
Clerk of the McCracken County Court.
