TWENTY-FIFTH STREET AND TWENTY-EIGHTH STREET, APPROVING THE PLAT OF SAID SUBDIVISlu
AND SUBDIVIDING SAID PROPERTY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF C014,1ISSIONER3 OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH,KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That a resolution adopted by the City Planning and Zoning Commission
on July 6, 1951, entitled: "A RESOLUTION RESPECTING THE FINAL REPORT OF THE CITY
PLANNING AND ZONING CONhiISSIGN ON THE PROPOSED SUBDIVISION OF PROPERTY KNOWN AS
tCLAYSHIRE•SUBDIVISIOF:' "dH ICH IS LOCATED IN THE CITY OF PADUCAH AND FRONTS ON
HARR13ONT AND CLAY STREETS BETWEEN TWENTY-FIFTH STREET AND TWENTY-EIGHTH STREET",
and the plat accompanying the same, which is more specifically referred to herein-
after, be approved as the final report of said Commission respecting the matters
therein set forth.
SECTION 2. That the subdivision of property located in the City of Paducah
and described as follows:
"Beginning at the southwest corner of the intersection
of Twenty-fifth street and Harrison street; thence in
a southerly direction along the west line of Twenty-fifth
street 163.25 feet to a point; thence at right angles
and in a westerly direction 710.5 feet to the east
line of Twenty-seventh street; thence at right angles
and in a northerly direction along the east line of
Twenty-seventh street 412.50 feet to a point; thence
at right angles and in a westerly direction 330 feet
to a point; thence at right angles and in a northerly
direction 392.5 feet to a point; thence at right angles
and in an easterly direction $30 feet to a point; thence
at right angles and in a southerly direction 229.25 feet
to a point; thence at right angles and in an easterly
direction 210.5 feet to a point; thence at right angles
and in a southerly direction 412.50 feet to the point
of beginning,"
as shown on the plat prepared by Johnson, Depp and O;uisenberry and entitled
"Clayshire Subdivision" which said plat has been approved by the City Planning
and Zoning Commission and bears the signatures and acknowledgements of the Chairman
of said Commission and the City Engineer, dated July 10, 1951, be and it is hereby
approved, and said property is -hereby declared to be subdivided as shown on said
plat.
SECTION 3. That if any section, paragraph or provision of this ordinance shall
be found to be inoperative, ineffective or invalid for any cause, the deficiency
or invalidity of such section, paragraph or provision shall not affect any other
section, paragraph or provision hereof, it being the purpose and intent of this
ordinance to make each and every section, paragraph and provision hereof separable
from all other sections, paragraphs and provisions, so that if any section,
paragraph or provision hereof shall be found to be invalid, inoperative or ineffec-
tive, the deficiency or invalidity thereof shall not affect any other section,
paragraph or provision hereof.

SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after
the date on which the aforesaid plat is lodged for record in the office of the
Clerk of the i•:cCracken County Court.
