COI-,I•:ISSION RESPECTING THE SUBDIVISION OF THE PROPERTY OF E. A. CAVE AND SON,
WHICH ABUTS THIRTY-NINTH STREET (EXTENDED) BETWEEN SUNSET AVENUE AND THE
MANDVILLE ROAD, APPROVING THE PLAT OF SAID SUBDIVISION AND SUBDIVIDING SAID
PROPERTY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That a resolution adopted by the City Planning and Zoning Commissiot:
on June 15, 1951, entitled: "A RESOLUTION RESPECTING THE FINAL REPORT OF THE CITY
PLANNING AND ZONING COMiiISSION ON THE PROPOSED SUBDIVISION OF THE PROPERTY OF
E. A. CAVE AND SON ABUTTING THIRTY-NINTH STREET (EXTENDED) BETWEEN SUNSET COURT
AND THE BLANDVILLE ROAD", be approved as the final report of said Commission
respecting the matters therein set forth.
SECTION 2. That the subdivision of property located in the City of Paducah,
Kentucky, and described as follows:
Beginning at a point marking the southeast corner of the
intersection of 39th street and Sunset avenue, as shown
by plat of Sunset Court, of record in Plat Book A, pages
244 and 245, in the office of the Clerk of McCracken County
Court; thence in an easterly direction along the south
line of Sunset Avenue 202.14 feet to a point in said line;
thence in a southerly direction at an interior angle of 92
degrees 6 minutes 587.32 feet to a point in the north line
of Blandville Road (U.S.Highway 62); thence in a westerly
direction at an interior angle of 55 degrees 17 minutes and
along the north line of Blandville Road 317.78 feet to a
point in said line; thence in a northerly direction at an
interior angle of 94 degrees 50 minutes 556.43 feet to a
point; thence in an easterly direction at an interior angle
of 52 degrees 45 minutes 170.96 feet to the point of beginning,
as shown by plat prepared by E. C. Bowman, Surveyor, and entitled "Cavehill
Subdivision", which said plat has been approved by the City Plenning and
Zoning Commission and bears the signatures and acknowledgements of the Chairman
of said Commission and the City Engineer dated June , 1951, be, and it is
hereby approved, and said property is hereby declared to be subdivided as shown
on said plat.
SECTIOE 3. That if any section, paragraph or provision of this ordinance
shall be found to be inoperative, ineffective or invalid for any cause, the
deficiency or invalidity of such section, paragraph or provision shall not
affect any other section, paragraph or provision hereof, it being the
purpose and intent of this ordinance to make each and every section, paragraph
and provision hereof separable from all other sections, paragraphs and provisions,
so that if any section, paragraph or provision hereof shall be found to be
invalid, inoperative or ineffective, the deficiency or invalidity thereof shall
not affect any other section, paragraph or provision hereof.

SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after the date on which the aforesaid plat is lodged for record in the office
of the Clerk of the b_cCracken County Court.
