AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE FINAL REPORT OF THE CITN PLANNING AND ZONING
DONUVIISSION RESPECTING THE SUBDIVISION OF THE PROPERTY FRONTING ON SCHNEIDMAN ROAD
BETWEEN THE OLD P_.AYFIELD ROAD, BELL AVENUE AND THE PADUCAH AND ILLINOIS RAILROAD
COMPANY RIGHT OF WAY, APPROVING THE PLAT OF SAID SUBDIVISION AND SUBDIVIDING SAID
PROPERTY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH,
KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That a resolution adopted by the City Planning and Zoning
Commission on June 1, 1951, entitled: "A RESOLUTION RESPECTING THE FINAL REPORT
OF THE CITY PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION ON THE PROPOSED SUBDIVISION OF CERTAIN
PROPERTY FRONTING ON SCHNEIDMAN ROAD BETWEEN THE OLD MAYFIELD ROAD AND THE PADUCAH
AND ILLINOIS RAILROAD COMPANY RIGHT OF WAY", be approved as the final report of
said Commission respecting the matters therein set forth.
SECTION 2. That the subdivision of property located in the City of Paducah,
Kentucky and described as follows:
"Beginning at the point of intersection of the north
line of Bell Avenue and the west line of the Schneidman
Road; thence in a westerly direction along the north line
of Bell Avenue to the south line of the Old Mayfield Road;
thence continuing in a westerly direction along the south
line of the Old Mayfield Road to the point of intersection
of said line with the south line of Bell Avenue; thence
continuing in a westerly direction along the south line of the
Old Mayfield Road 260.9 feet to a point in said line; thence
in a southerly direction at an interior angle of 113 degrees
42 minutes to the north line of the Paducah and Illinois
Railroad Company right of way; thence in an easterly direction
along the north line of said right of way to the west line of
the Schneidman Road; -thence in a northerly direction along
t�rewest line of the Schneidman Road to the point of beginning."
as shown- on the plat prepared by Harry G. Davis, Surveyor , and entitled "ELAIWOOD",
which said plat has been approved by the City Planning and Zoning Commission and
bears the signatures and acknowledgements of the Chairman of said Commission and
the City Engineer, dated June 1951, be, and it is hereby, approved, and said
property is hereby declared to be subdivided as shown on said plat.
SECTION 3. That if any section, paragraph or provision of this ordinance
shall be found to be inoperative, ineffective or invalid for any cause, the defici-
ency or invalidity of such section, paragraph or provision shall not affect any
other section, paragraph or provision hereof, it being the purpose and intent of
this ordinance to make each and every section, paragraph and provision hereof
separable from all other sections, paragraphs and provisions, so that if any
section, paragraph or provision hereof shall be found to be invalid, inoperative
or ineffective, the deficiency or invalidity thereof shall not affect any other
section, paragraph or provision hereof.
SECTION 4. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from

and after the date on which the aforesaid plat is lodged for record in the office
of the Clerk of the McCracken County Court.
