TO THE USE OF CITY SEWERS BY PERSONS RESIDING OUTSIDE THE CORPORATE LIMITS.
WHEREAS, it has come to the attention of the members of the Board of Comm-
issioners that certain persons residing beyond the corporate limits of the City
of Paducah have residences which are served by connections with city sewers; and
WHEREAS, some of such non-residents have obtained the permission of the Board
of Commissioners or the City Engineer for making such sewer connections while
others have not, but it appears that none of the residents now being served with
city sewer facilities have intentionally or deliberately connected their laterals
onto the city sewers with knowledge that they were doing so illegally or without
right; and
WHEREAS, the illegal sewer connections made by the non-residents of the city
may in some measure be the result of the failure of the city of Paducah to have

to give all such non-residents adequate notice of its policy;
