AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING THE PARKING OF VEHICLES ON THE WEST SIDE OF
NORTH TENTH STREET FROM BROADWAY TO MONROE STREET; PRESCRIBING THE PENAL Ti FOR
VIOLATION THEREOF; AND REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF- PADUCAH,
KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, company or cor-
poration to at any time park or leave standing a vehicle of any kind on the west
side of North Tenth Street between Broadway and Monroe Street.
SECTION 2. Any person, firm, corporation or company violating the pro-
visions of this ordinance shall be fined not less than One Dollar ($1.00) nor more
than Twenty-five Dollars ($25.00) and each time any vehicle is parked on said
street shall be construed to be a separate offense.
SECTION 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith
are, to the extent of such conflict, hereby repealed.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its adoption.
