That the City of Paducah accept, by the payment of One Dollar (0•'1.00) and other valuable considerations to I.'rs. Georgia Beyer, a deed of conveyance to two triangular strips of ground, which strips of ground comprise a larger tract of land conveyed by the City of Paducah to the City of Paducah=::unicipal Housing Commission for use as a site on which the new housing units are to be constructed, said strips of ground lying and being in the City of Paducah, MloCracken County, Kentucky, and being more particularly described as follows, to -writ: "A triangular tract of land situated in Paducah, Kentucky, and beginning at a point on the South line of Ohio Street 656.97 feet east of 25th Street; thence at right ankles to Ohio Street in a southwardly direction and with the beyer- Grief line as established by deed executed on July 29, 1930 between GeorGe 1U. Grief and •rife, i:nnie D. H. Grief and i::rs. Georgia Leyer, of record in Deed gook 1M, page 320, in the I,ic- Cracken County Court Clerks Office, a distance of 76 feet, more or less, to a point where said Beyer -Grief line intersects the former dividing line between Beyer and Grief; thence in a 'North- wardly direction and with said former Beyer - Grief line a distance of 86 feet, more or less, to a point on the south line of Ohio Street; thence westwardly and with the south line of Ohio Street a distance of 37 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning." Also a triangular tract of land situated in Paducah, Kentucky, and beginning at a point eauidistant from and between the south line of Ohio Street and the north line of Tennessee Street, and situated 556.97 feet east of 25th Street, said point being a common corner in the Beyer -Grief line as established by deed executed on July 29, 1930 between George :1. Grief and his wife, Finnie D. IT. Grief, and iss. Georgia Deyer, of record in Deed 3ook 170, page 320 in the Kc- Cracken County Court Clerk's Office; thence South- wardly and with said Beyer -Grief line and parallel with 25th Street 101 feet, more or less, to a point where said Boyer -Grief line intersects the former dividing line between Beyer and Grief; thence i:or th- wardly and with said former Beyer Grief line a dis- tance of 118 feet, more or less, to a point where said former Beyer -Grief line intersects the now beyer- Grief line as established aforesaid by deed of record in 1),.ed rook 170, page 320, said point being also egidistant from and between the south line of Ohio Street and the north line of Tennessee Street a dis- tance of 53 feet, more or less, to the point of be- ginning.
