WHEREAS, the City Planning and Zoning Commission has recommended and c
amendment of Sub -section 3 of Section 2 of the aforesaid ordinance as shown byI (JI

its final report embodied in a resolution adopted by it on September 26, 1950;
ilO:J Ti-TEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMIMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the aforesaid final report of the City Planning and Zoning
Commission be approved, and that Sub -section 3 of Section 2 of an ordinance
containing tlm title quoted above, which was adopted by the board of Commissioners
on March 22, 1949, be and the same is hereby amended so that said section as
amended shall read as follows:
"(3) Only one (1) residence to be constructed per lot,
and it is to be built fronting the street in the
manner in which the lot is layed out, except that
this sub -section (3) shall not be applicable to
the housing unit to be erected under the super-
vision of the City of Paducah Municipal Housing
Commission on the south side of Ohio Street
between 23rd street and 25th street and known as
Project Imo' 6-3."
SECTION 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are,
to the extent of such conflict, hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. If any section or provision of this ordinance shall be found
to be inoperative or ineffective for any cause, the invalidity of suds section
or provision shall not affect any other section or provision of this ordinance,
it being the purpose of this ordinance to make each and every section and
provision hereof separable from all other sections and provisions.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after
its adoption.
