HAVING SAID STREET AND ALLEYS LEGALLY CLOSED.
BE IT ORDAIDED BY THE BOARD OF COPHISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF Pr,DUCAH,
KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah does hereby authorize the closing
of all of the following described portion of ltEgie Street and two public
alleys with the respective widths of sixteen feet and $.53 feet, which street
and alleys extend in a northerly direction from the north line of Yeiser Street
a distance of 363 feet into the property owned by H, D. Nichol, Sr., which
street and alleys are located between Locust or Kill Street on the east and the
property owned by Chess and Dymond, Inc. on the west, and which are more Par-
ticularly dewcribed as follows:
Alley No. 1:
Beginning at a point in the north line of
Yeiser Street 112 feet west of the northwest
intersection of the north line of Yeiser Street
and the wrest line of Lucust or Mill Street;
thence in a northerly direction on a line
parallel with the west line of Locust or Mill
Street 363 feet to a point; thence at right
angles and in a westerly direction 16 feet;
thence at right angles and in a southerly direc-
tion 363 feet to a point in the north line of
Yeiser Street; thence at right angles and in
an easterly direction along and with the north
lire of Yeiser Street 16 feet to the point of
beginning.

Beginning at a stone in the north line of
Yeiser Street 300 feet west of the northwest
intersection of the north line of Yeiser Street
and the west line of Locust or Mill Street;
thence in a northerly direction along a line
parallel to Locust or iIill Street 363 feet to
a point; thence at right angles and in a west-
erly direction 50 feet to a point; thence at
-right angles and in a southerly direction 363
feet to a stone in the north line of Yeiser
Street; thence in an easterly direction along
and with the north line of Yeiser Street 50
feet to a s tone, the point of beginning.
Alley Ldo. 2:
BaSinninZ at a point in the north line of Yeiser
Street 470 feet west of the northwest inter-
section of the north line of Yeiser Street and
the west line of Locust or Kill Street; thence
in a northerly direction on a line parallel with
Locust or mill Street 363 feet to a point; thence
in a westerly direction 8.53 feet to a point in
the line of Chess w Wymond Inc.; thence at
right angles and in a soutAerly direction along
and with the line of Chess & Wpmond, Inc. 363
feet to a pipe in the north line of Yeiser Street;
thence at right angles and in an easterly direc-
tion along and with the north line of Yeiser
Street 8.53 feet to the point of beginning.

23CTIODi 2 The Corporation Counsel of the City of Paducah is hereby
authorized and empoeteved to institute, pursuant to provisions of MRD 93.350,
the necessary legal action to obtain a decree ordering the closing of said
street and alleys.
SECTIOid 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its adoption.
