AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE BID OF I -IE MAN MOODY FOR THE PURCHASE FROM
THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY, OF UNIT 97KI} OF THE RHODES-BROADY COURT BUILDING;
PRESCRIBING THE TER143 APID COIIDITIONS OF THE SALE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COI"RiiISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH,
KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the bid of Herman bloody for the purchase of Unit "Kil of
the Rhodes -Broady Court buildings in the sum of N100.00 be accepted.
SECTION 2. The terms and conditions of such sale are that the entire
purchase price of y)100.00 be paid in cash and that the purchaser agree to remove
said buildings completely from the site within thirty (30) days after this
date and that he agrees that same shall not be replaced or re -erected within the
corporate limits of the City of Paducah, Kentucky.
The purchaser shall be required to furnish a satisfactory policy or
policies of insurance protecting and indemnifying the City against the claim
or claims of any person or persons caused by the dismantling and/or removing
of said building from the site.
SECTION 3. Upon payment of the aforesaid sum of ;;100.00 to the City,
the 1ayor and City Clerk are by this ordinance authorized to execute a bill of
to said purchaser conveying said building.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its adoption.
