RHODES-BROADY COURT BUELDIF?GS.; PRESCRIBING THE TSM i3 AND CONDITIONS OF THE
SALT,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COi-ISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH$ KENTUCKY;
SECTION 1. That the bid of R. K. Cotton for the purchase of
Units B. F. G and I -I of the Rhodes -Broady Court buildinbs in the respective
stuns o21�1.00, :'120.00, :,,135.00 and :;,135.00 be accepted.
SECTION 2. The terms and conditions of such sale are that the
entire purchase price of ;1:631.00 be paid in cash and that the pur-
chaser agree to remove said buildings completely from the site within
thirty (30) days after this date and that he agree that none of same
shall be -replaced or re -erected within the corporate limits of the
City of Paducah, Kentucky.
The purchaser shall be required to furnish a satisfactory
policy or policies of insurance protecting and indenmifying the City
against the claim or claims of any person or persons caused by the
dismantlinS and/or removin-• of said buildings from the site.
SECTION 3. Upon payment of the aforesaid sum of tij631.00 to the
City the 1.1ayor and City Clerk are by this ordinance authorized to
execute a bill of sale to said purchaser conveying said buildings.
SECTIO11 4. This ordinance shall be in _"ull force and effect
from and after its adoption.
