PUBLICLY DEDICATED STREETS IN THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY, AND PRESCRIBIItiTG
THE CONDITIONS UPON :1HICH SAID PERIMITS SHALL BE GRAN?TED.
BE IT ORDAIN?ED BY TIL BOARD OF CO1-'fN1ISS1ONMS OF TIL CITY OF PADUCAH,
KEI?TUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City Engineer of the City of Paducah, Kentucky
be, and he is hereby, authorized to grant to the Western Kentucky Gas Company
permits for the purpose of laying gas mains in the grass plot of any publicly
dedicated streets in the city of paducah. Said permits shall be granted upon
written applications executed by said Company which shall contain the folloiring
provision:
"The applicant agrees to comply'with the
terms and restrictions of any and all
ordinances regulating the opening of
streets, alleys and other public ways
in the City of Paducah, Itentucky."
SECTION? 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its adoption.
