KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah accept the bid of Henry A. Potter
Supply Company in the amount of :;2,23 1.50 2or sale to the City of the Following:
1 9,443E Eagle Span mire suspension 3 -color, 4 -way traffic light, square,
non-adjustable type

controller, with single reset supervising facilities, 6 signal circuits,

SECTION 2. That the 1-ayor be, and he is hereby authorized to enter into a
contract with said Henry A. Petter Supply ^ompany for the purchase of said equip-
ment as set out in Section 1 hereof, and as described in the bid of said company
dated July 24, 1953.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be introduced and remain on file for
public inspection for at least one Creek in the completed form in which it shall
be put upon its final passage and if adopted shall be in full force ten days
thereafter.
