That the City of Paducah join with the Paducah Airport Corporation and ileCraeken County, Kentucky in the execution of a deed to the Commonwealth of Kentucky, for the use and 'benefit of the Department of Highways, conveying the ,fbllowi'ng described property: Parcel Ido. 20 A11 that part of said tract or tracts which lies .South of o. line run 30 feet Right or 1,'orth of and parallel with the center line of said proposed public road between the 3ast property line at apArox-.- .ate station, 1.30 f 34 and the :Test propert ,� line a7, a� ro,-,— nate station 160 / _. Parcel (e) is for the purpose of permant right of way. This deed is conditioned that the grantee will grade said road or highway so as to provide necessary clearance to comply with all Federal regulations governing an instrument landing system on the southerly approach to the NE -SW runway as extended 1,000 feet at the Southwest end of said runway as it now exists, provided Paducah Airport Corporation shall furnish grantee with engineering data showing the required clearance. SUCTION 2. The A'ayor and the City Clerk are h? -e? -by authorized and empowered to execute, on behalf of the City of Paduedz, Kentucky, the deed conveying the property described in Section I hereof. That Section 6 of an ordinance containing the title quoted above, which was adopted by the Board of Commissioners �I on July 9, 1946, and amended on October 14, 1952, be, and the same is hereby amended so that said section as amended shall read as follows: �1 L I "SECTION 6. Between the hours of 8:00 o'clock A. H. and 8:00 otclock P.N. on Fridays and between the hours of 8:00 o'clock A.M. Ij��7r and 6:00 O'clock P.R. on every day except Sunday and other days 71 which are declared holidays by the CitO of Paducah, and except that such hours, Sundays and holidays shall not apply to parking meters adjacent to the Post Office property as is hereinafter set forth, it shall be unlawful for any perm n to cause, allow, permit or suffer any vehicle registered in his name or operated or controlled by him to be Ij parked in any space adjacent to which a parking meter is installed during any time when the meter is showing a signal indicating that such i space is illegalll�j in use - other than such time as is necessary to 1 operate the meter to show legal parking - and provided also that it shall likewise be unlaw,jtzl to park for any consecutive time longer than the time indicated for the following parking meter zones: (1) Zones limited to sixty (60) consecutive minutes parking: Broadway between Sixth and Seventh Streets, First Street between Kentucky Avenue and Broadway, Third Street between Washington and Jefferson Street, II Fourth Street between Kentucky Avenue and Jefferson Street, II Fifth Street between Kentucky Avenue and Jefferson Street, except west side adjacent to Post Office property. (2) Zones limited to thirty (30) consecutive minutes parking: East side of Fifth Street adjacent to Greyhound Bus Station, South side of Kentucky Ave. adjeeent to Greyhound Bus Station, Broadway between Second and Sixth Streets except north side I adjacent to Post office property. 1243 (3) Zones limited to twelve (12) consecutive minutes parking: North side of Broadway and west side of Fifth Street adjacent to Post Office property. South side of Kentucky Avenue adjacent to City Hall. In all other, parking meter zones parking shall be limited to One Flundred Twenty (120) consecutive minutes. It shall be unlawful for any person to cause, allow, permit or suffer any vehicle registered in his name or operated or controlled by him to be parked in any space on the north side of Broadw¢y and west side of Fifth Street adjacent to the Post Office Property where parking meters are installed during any time twenty-four hours a day and seven days a week, with no exceptions, when the meter adjacent to such space is showing a signal indicating that such space is illegally in use, other than such time as is necessary to operate the meter to show legal parking. " SECTION 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are, to the extnet of such conflict, hereby repealed. SECTION 3.
