WESTERN KENTUCKY GAS COMPANY A PERMIT TO LAY GAS MAINS IN THE GRASS
PLOTS OF CLAY STREET, MINNICH AVENUE, PINES ROAD AND RIVER OAKS
SUBDIVISION, AND PRESCRIBING THE CONDITIONS UPON WKCCH SAID PERMIT
SHALL BE GRANTED
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah authorize the City
Engineer to grant to the'Western Kentucky Gas Company a permit to lay
gas mains in the North grass plot of Clay Street westwardly from 29th
street to 32nd street, in the north grass plot of Minnich Avenue
westwardly from 32nd street a distance of 800 feet, in the north grass
plot of Pines Road westwardly from 32nd Street a distance of 800 feet,
in the grass plots of River Oaks Subdivision. Said permit shall be
granted upon condition that said company comply with all the provisions
of an ordinance entitled: "AN ORDINANCE REGULATING THE DIGGING, OPENING
OR EXCAVATING IN ANY STREET, SIDEWALK, GRASS PLOT, ALLEY OR OTHER PUBLIC
WAY OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY, AND FIXING THE PENALTY FOR ANY
VIOLATION THEREOF", which was adopted on September 4, 1946, and amended
thereafter, and also with the provisions of another ordinance entitled:
'AN ORDINANCE FURTHER REGULATING THE DIGGING, OPENING OR EXCAVATING IN
ANY STREET, SIDEWALK, GRASS PLOT, ALLEY OR OTHER PUBLIC WAY IN THE
CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY, AND FIXING THE PENALTY FOR ANY VIOLATION
THEREOF", which was adopted on June 17, 1947.
SECTION 2. This Resolution shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
