AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE BID OF TICK BROS. INCORPORATED ROR
PURCHASE FROM THE CITY OF PADUCAH OF CERTAIN SCRAP IRON OWNED BY THE
CITY AND LOCATED AT 6TH AND CAMPBELL STREETS; PRESCRIBING THE TERMS
AND CONDITIONS OF THE SALE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the bid of Tick Bros. Incorporated, for the
purchase of scrap iron at 6th & Campbell Streets owned by the City
of Paducah be accepted.
SECTION 2. The terms and conditions of said sale are the payment
of $15.00 per net ton delivvared in whole pieces to the yard of Tick
Bros. and $20.00 per net ton delivered at said yard where same is cut
to the size that can be handled by two men; and the City Manager
is hereby authorized to deliver said scrap iron to the yard of Tick
Bros.
SECTION_). This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its adoption.
