AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE FINAL REPORT OF THE PADUCAH PLANNING
AND ZONING COMMISSION RESPECTING THE REZONING OF PROPERTY ON BOTH
SIDES OF BROADWAY BETWEN 21ST STREET AND 23RD STREET AND AMENDING
THE PADUCAH ZONING ORDINANCE SO AS TO EFFECT SUCH REZONING
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF = CITY OF
PADUCAH, KO TUCKY.
SECTION 1. That a resolution adopted by the Paducah Planning
and Zoning Commission on April 16, 1953, entitled: "A RESOLUTION
CONSTITUTING THE FINAL REPORT OF THE PADUCAH PLANNING AND ZONING
C01MISSI0N ON THE PROPOSED REZONING OF PROPERTY ON BOTH SIDES OF
BROADWAY BETWEEN 21ST STREET AND 23RD STREET"., be approved as the
final report of said Commission respecting the matters therein set
forth.
SECTION 2. That the zone classification of the following
property be, and it is hereby, changed from R-4 to B -l',
First tract
The property bounded on the north by the center line of
Broadway, on the east by the center line of 21st street,
on the west by the center line of 237-d street, and on
the south by the center Zine of the alley which runs
east and west half way between Broadway and Kentucky Avenue.
Second tract
Bounded on the east by the center line of 21st street,
on the South by the center line of Broadwq� on the
north by the center line of the alley which runs east
and west half way between Broadway and Jejerson Street,
and on the west by the east Zine of the ;resent B-1 sone.
SECTION 3. That the Paducah Zoning Ordinance and the map referred
to in Section -13 thereof entitled "CITY OF PADUCAH PLAN ZONING MAP",
be, and they are hereby amended to the extend and in the respects
necessary to effect and designate the change provided for in Section
2 hereof.
SECTION 4. That if any section, paragraph or provision of this
ordinance shall be found to be inoperative, ineffective or invalid for
any cause, the deficiency or invalidity of such section, paragraph or
provision shall not affect any other section, paragraph or provision
hereof, it being the purpose and intent of this ordinance to make each
and every section, paragraph and provision hereof separable from all
other sections, paragraphs and provisions.
SECTION 5. This ordinance shall

from and after its adoption.
