BE IT ORDAINED BY THE POARD OF CO&:MISSIONCIRS OF 1=_E CITY OF PADUCAH,
SECTION 1. That Sections 2 and 7 of the ordinance containing the
title quoted above, which ordinance was adopted by the Board of Cmm:iissioners
on December 27, 1949, be, and the same are hereby amended 'so that said sections
as amended and re -ordained shall read as follows:
"SECTION 2. It shall be unlawful for any person to haul garbage and
rubbish, other than commercial rubbish, in the city except in trucks equipped
with metal bodies that are waterproof and are dither enclosed or covered in such
a manner as to prevent the contents from beim exposed and from emitting foul
odo4W."
"SE'C PIO;T 7. It shall be unlawful f or any person, otf- r than the
franchise holder whose place for duriping garbage and rubbish, is to be selected
in accordance with the franchise ordinance, to dump rubbish at any place other
than at the City Dump, located at 6th and Terrell Streets, or to dump r.arbage
at any place within the City of Paducah."
SECT:(O' 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its adoption.
