BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMFiISSIOIVERS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH,
KENTUCKY.,
SECTION 1. That Section 8 of an ordinance containing the title quoted
above, which was adopted by the Board of Commissioners on December 2, 1947,
and amended on ✓larch 11, 1952, be and the same is hereby repealed, amended,
and reordained, so that said section as amended and reordained shall read as
follows:
PSECTION 8. There is hereby authorized the following positions in the
Entineering Department, and the salary of each position, provided the amount
of such salary is not changed under any apportionment ordinance hereafter
adopted, shall be as follows:

SECTION 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are
to the extent of such conflict hereby repaaled.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be retroactively effective as of December 1,
1952.
