COPIPANY WITHIN THE LIMITS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH
WHEREAS, the Paducah Bus Company has applied to the Kentucky Department
of Motor Transportation for a change in its rates, fares and charges, and
WHEREAS, it is believed by the Board of Commissioners of the City of
Paducha that the present schedule of rates, fares and charges is adequate and
reasonable, and
WHEREAS, it is belived to be to the best interest of the City of Paducah
that said rates, fares and charges be continued according to the present
schedule without change,
NOMI THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ColuwISSIONERS OF THE CITY
OF PADUCAH
That the proposed changes in rates, fares and charges by the Paducah
Bus Company to the Kentucky Department of Motor Transportation, so far as said
proposed changes affect rates, fares and charges in the City of Paducah, be
and the same are hereby objected to, and said objection shall be made to said
Motor Transportation Department, and the Mayor of the City of Paducah is hereby
authorized and directed to enter such protest on behalf of the city of Paducah,
and to forward a copy of this Resolution to the Kentucky Dept. of Motor Trans-
portation.
