PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah lease to :'!. A. Hampton
two rooms on the ground floor at 211-13 South Third Street in
Paducah, Kontucky, and the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby
authorized, for and on behalf of the City of Paducah, to execute
and deliver to the said ;9. A. Hampton a lease which shall be in
words and figures as follows, to -crit:
II "'Kiat the first party (meaning the City of Paducah) hereby
lets and leases unto the second party (mearinr,'.7.A.Hampton)the
two lower floor rooms at 211-13 South Third Street in the City of
Paducah for the sum of ;30.00 per month from December 1, 1949, sup
rent being payable in advance not later than the 10th day of each
month after the same shall become due.
It is mutually covenanted and agreed between the parties hereto,
and as a part of the consideration for this lease that:
(1) The second party shall keep said rooms in good repair,
take care of all glass breakage and plumbing, and other repairs,
natural went and tear excepted.
(2) First party agrees that the driveway between 211 South
Third and 213 South Third Street may be used by the second party.
provided, hovrevrr, should the first party, or its lessees or assigs
have occasion to uao the driveway through to the warehouse in the roar,
the second .arty will see that clearance is made for such use.
(3) First party agrees to furnish water to the second parts+
