SECT ON 1. That the City of Paducah accept the bid of the
BurrouChs AddinC :'$chine Company in the sum of .3,840.30 for the Sal
to the City of Paducah of one Standard Style 72 07 22 Electrically
Operated Lur_•ougho Tax and Budgetary Accounting Machine, and t'o
Mayor is hereby authorized to enter into a contract for the purchase
of said machine, said contract to be in words and figures as follotit
to -crit:
"That the City (meaning the City of Paducah) has agreed
to purchase and the Company (meaning the burroughts Adding
:achine Company) has agreed to sell to the City one 72 07 22
Standard Style Electrically Operated-urroughs Tax and
Budgetary Accounting Machine for the sum of $3,840.30, the
purchase price therefor to be paid in cash within a period of
thirty (30) days from t -e date of delivery of said machine.
It is mutually covenanted and agreed between the parties
hereto as follows:
(1) Daring the installation period, the company will
supervise and instruct the employees of the city who are to
operate the machine s�, as to familiarize them with the operat.

(2) The Company wij.l make at any time within one year
from the delivery of the equipment specified herein, free of

It is further understood and agreed that the City shall pur-
hase the above described machine under a conditional sales contract

for identificatian Exhibit A, but it is agreed that if any agreement
