AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE CLOSING OF A PUBLIC
ALLEY EXTENDING AN UNIFORM WIDTH OF 20 FEET FROM THE SOUTH
0 SIDE OF THE HINKLEVILLE ROAD TO TIE EAST SIDE OF THE BELT LINE

ASTERLY PROPERTY LINE OF 27TH STREET, T'IE SOUTHERLY LINE OF
AID ALLEY BEING 163.25 FEET AT RIGHT A`:GLES FROM AND PARALLEL
ITH THE NORTH LINE OF MASON AVENUE; AND AUTHORIZING THE
ORPORATION COUNSEL TO INSTITUTE IN ME MoCRACKEN CIRCUIT
OURT A SUIT FOR THE PURPOSE OF HAVING SAID ALLEY LEGALLY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COIR4ISSIONERS OF THE CITY
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah does hereby authorize
he closing of all of that 20 foot public alley extending from the
outh side of the Hinkleville road to the east side of. the Belt Li
Highviay, the southerly line of said alley being 163.25 feet at
right angles from and parallel .pith the north line of Mason Avenue;
and from the west side of the emelt Line Highway to the easterly
property line of 27th Street, the southerly line of said 20 foot al
being 163.25 feet at right angles from and parallel with the
north lino of Mason Avenue. And tie Corporation Counsel is
hereby authorized and directed to institute in the IcCracken
Circuit Court a suit for the purpose of carrying the provisions
of this ordinance into effect.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
