AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE AMENDMENT OF THE AGREEMENT

COMPANY RELATING TO THE GRANTING OF PERMITS TO SAID COMPANY FOR MAKI
N EXCAVATION IN THE EAST SIDE OF SECOND STREET BETWEEN TENNESSEE AN
OHIO STREETS, AND FOR EXTENDING A CONVEYOR OVER AND ACROSS OHIO STRE
ETWEEN SECOND STREET AND THE RIVER FOR THE TRANSPORTATION OF COAL I

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMP.?ISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
'CAR, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the agibeement to be entered into between th
ity of Paducah and the West Kentucky Coal Company relating to the
ranting of the right and privilege to said company to make an
xcavation in the east side of South Second Street between Tennessee
nd Ohio Streets for the purpose of providing a suitable means for
nabling said company to unload coal from railroad cars into its
onveyor, and also the right and privilege to extend its conveyor
ver and across Ohio Street between Second Street and the river for
he purpose of transporting coal into its bins as the. same is unload
rom railroad cars into its conveyor, which agreement was authorized
nder an ordinance adopted by the board d' Commissioners on Septembe
3, 1949, be amended so that said agreement as amended shall provide

econd street between Tennessee and Ohio Streets shall extend

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
