BE IT ORDAINED Bt THE BOARD OF COMMIISSIONERS OF THE CITY
1OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1.
That the City of Paducah donate to the Chief Paduke l=ost No
31, American Legion of Kentucky, that certain lot or parcel of land
located on the south side of Myrtle Street adjoining the present
burial grounds of the American Legion Post, said lot extending
eastAvardly from the present Legion lot to Oak ,Street and extending
westwardly from the present Legion lot to Magnolia Street; and the
Vayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to execixte, for and on
behalf of the City of Paducah, a deed of conveyance to said
property.
SEC TION 2.
This ordinance srm 11 be in full force and effect from and
after its adoption.
