SEC TI OIT 1.
That the City of Paducah lease to ;loodrow Pook and
Harry !.%this, doing business under the firn name of H S. h, &Iotors,
certain space within its building located at 211-15 South 3rd Stree
lin Paducah, Kentucky, said space shall be 40x43.2 feet and being
more particularly described as follows:
"Begins 5 feet North of the inside of the
south !:,'all of the warehouse and extends
north at an uniform width of 43.5 feet
parallel with and 27 feet from the west
property line o_' 3rd Otreet a distance of
40 feet."
That said property be leased as a place for the
storage of automobiles and at the rate of ,;35.00 per month bebinninj
August 15, 1949, the rental installments to be paid monthly in
advance. Said lease shall provide that at the option of either
party the same may be cancelled at any time by the giving of thirty
(30) days :,critter, notice to the other party. Said lease shall also
contain such other provisions as the City :,:anaCer may believe
necessary for the protection of the interest of the City of Paducah
and the i,a yor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute said
lease for the purpose of carryin; this ordinance into effect.
SECTIOII 2.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its adoption.
