OF PADUCAI1, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That Sections 2 and 3 of an ordinance contai
the title cuoted above, which Was adopted on b'ay 25, 1948, be and
the same are hereby repealed, amended and reordained so that said
sections as amended and reordained shall read as follows:
"Section 2. Vehicles shall be parked at an angle of
forty-five demrees to the curb on the lest side of 22nd Street
between Jefferson Street and Broadway, on the est side of North
4th Street between Park Avenue and Clay Street, and on the Eorth
side of Clay Street between 3rd Street and Fourth Street, and in
all of those places marked for such purposes on those streets or
parts of streets where such diagonal parking• is recommended by
the Chief of Police and approved by the City manager, and it shall
be unlawful for the operator o= any vehicle to park or leave any
vehicle standing parallel with the curb or at any angle other than
an angle of forty-five degrees in such parkin; areas.
"Section 3. Any person, firm, company or corporation
viOlatinrthe provisions of this ordinance shall be fined not
less than •;:5.00 nor more than •;125.00."
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effe
from and after its adoption.
