BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF =14ISSIONERS OF THE CITY
OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That Sections 22, 23 and 24 of an ordinance
containing the title quoted above, which was adopted by the Board
of Commissioners on M,May 14th, 1940 and amended on 1, -larch 25, 1947,
be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTIO@; 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after February 1, 1949.
