SECTION 1. That upon the recommendation and request of
the City Plannin,, and Zonin Commission ae shown by its final
report embodied in a resolution adopted by it on August 21, 1955,
the property heretofore zoned and restricted for residential use,
said zones being (1) bounded on the east by 20th street, on t!e
west by an alley in the rear of 24th street, on the north by
:'ildred street an,: on the south by Par'_, avenue; and (2) bounded on
the east by the present residential zone betwean 25th and 25th
streets, on the north by I:ildred street on the i,:est by Thompson
avenue and on the south by Park Avenue, are further restricted,
and in order to further promote the general welfare of the people
in said districts or zones and to enhance the desirability of same
all property within each of said areas shall be subject to the
following restriction:
(1) o person shall place a trailer on any
property within said areas or zones for
the pur ose of using_ such trailer as a
residence, or using the same as such
either temporarily or permanently.
SECTION 2. Any property owner, tenant or other person
who violates the provisions of this ordinance shall be guilty of a
misdemeanor and upon convict' -on thereof shall be fined in any sum
not less than .:;10.00 nor more than ';100.00 for each offense so
committed and each day such offense is committed shall be deemed
a separate offense and shall be subject to a separate penalty
under the provisions hereof, or the person so offendinZ or so
guilty of violation of the provisions hereof, may, in addition to
such fine be imprisoned not more than fifty (50) days at the
discretion of the Judge or Jury trying the case.

SECTION 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are, to the extent of such conflict, hereby
repealed.
SECTIO! 4 This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
