SECTION 1.
That upon the recommendation and request of the City
Plannin,7 and 3oninS "7mmission as shown by its final report
embodied in a Resolution adopted by it on April 5, 1948,
the plat of the subdivision of a parcel of land on the west
side of 31st Street between Haas Court and Jackson Street,
and recorded in Plat gook "D", page 21, McCracken County
Court Cler'c's Office, be and the same is hereby approved.
SECT I OR 2.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its adont_on.
