SECTION 1.
That Section 24 of an ordinance entitled: "AN ORDINANCE

14th day of 1:�ay, 1940, and amended on December 3rd, 1946, be and
the same is h^reby amended so that said section as amended shall
read as follows:
"Section 24. The person to be a, pointed by the City T::anager
to serve as alcoholic bevevsCe administrator for."Ithe City of
Paducah shall be an attorney and shall receiv�%,�4r his services
:he sum of „50.00 per month, said salarybe paid to him at the
;ame time and in the same manner as the salaries of other
employees are paid.".

SECTION 2.
All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith
are, to the extent of such conflict, hereby repealed.
SECTION 3.
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its adoption.
